Verizon iPhone 4 with Otterbox Defender Case

Hey guys. Just got my Verizon iPhone 4, 18 days ago, but at the time otterbox hadn't come out with a compatible case. So I bought a casemate Pop! case for the time being. I've been keeping up on the case situation and on monday i ordered a case, standard shipping, around 3:22pm, it was shipped at 4:26pm and around 4:30pm tuesday i received it. Been rocking it going on 4 days saturday and I love it. I was just wondering how many of you have used otterbox on your different devices, what did they stand up to, what didnt they. Did they last, etc. I'd like input from defender users, but feel free to post other types of cases! I just got the standard black one as they don't have colored cases out right now. The case was just under 27 with just under 9$ shipping and about 1.50 off the price due to a code i found. So all in all i paid just under 35 with shipping. I do a lot of hiking, fishing (both fresh and salt water), walking around in the woods and biking, among other things. Figured this case would fair best for my iphone.

I have a defender case for my ipod touch and I helped a friend get one for his iphone 4 - used mine for maby a year and it still loks new, wold definatly go for a defender again for anything I want to keep safe!

I have the otterbox commuter for my Incredible. It's one step down. I like it better than the defender because it offers the right amount of protection an is still slim enough to slide in and out of your pocket. IMO any of the otterboxes are a great value, and they are more than just looks.

I had an Iphone and the Otterbox case was awesome. I didnt feel like if I dropped the thing it would break. Magpul has came out with an Iphone case now as well. It doesnt protect the screen however but at least the back of the phone looks cool.

I've got the exact same set-up for my iphone 4 and live it. It does require frequent cleaning tho.
