Vermont Cutlery Co mini tuxedo folder

Hey guys I have this real small only about 2.5" closed folder I got awhile back. Just a quick note, the middle scales I added myself as I got it pretty rusted out and missing both of the scales completely.

Just wondering if anyone has any information on the knife or company. Google doesn't show much. Both blades are stamped on the bolsters with vermont knife co. Both have half stops. Appears to have brass liners and is very very well made.

Goins says Vermont Cutlery Co. was from approximately 1898, no other info. Levine says they were a hardware brand who had knives made in Germany, likely by Wester & Butz. Approximate dates of 1870's - 19??.
