I made a thread showing a number of problems I had with a brand new ZT 0560 and it was closed by Kai for absolutely no reason.

To Kai: The thread was producing a lot of very interesting discussion on the ZT's quality control and it was shut down for no apparent reason. If the only threads allowed on this sub forum are threads praising ZT and their products than there is a serious problem.

In my opinion, a company should embrace negative feedback from the community. I brought up a serious issue and you swept it under the rug. If you really care about saving face more than feedback from the community that supports you than I respectfully say that I don't think you are the right representative for ZT/Kershaw.

Please re-open the thread so we can continue our discussion. Thanks!

Name calling (you btw) and thread drifting (by many), are two of the reasons for the close.

Don't mind discussions, but that one had a fail ending to it. Your flip flopping with your expectations didn't help.

As to my representation, and the way I run this forum, please be careful with your words. Rules are in place (please read them, again), we're not here to babysit or referee. Your posting in your own thread brought out the mod police.
I'd say this is for a PM, but you haven't yet invested into a membership, so it difficult to have a private conversation.
