This is to let all know what you get when buying a buck.
I bought a Buck Tempest about 8 months ago. The place that I bought
it from kept on trying to sell me on a BenchMade folder. Telling me that
Benchmade came with a lifetime warrenty. Because I had made the comment
that the Benchmades were so much more expensive. So anyway, I had taken
my Buck down to clean. I could not get it back to where the self assist would
work properly. So I packed the knife up and sent it to Buck with a letter that
said simply HELP. Now I figured that the people at Buck would put the Knife
back together and bill me for the Labor. To my suprise they replaced the
whole knife with a new Tempest. Now I call that service and a warrenty!
I would like to thank the People at buck and let them know that they have
won over a life time custmer.

Why, Thanks Chicken Trax. I am a knife nut and love a good knife.
expecally when you have a problem and the manufacturer takes an intrest
in solving the problem. Buck does have a lifetime customer.
