Might as well post another while I'm at it. Coop did it again!

This one has a 12-3/8" hollow ground double edge blade. Damascus & copper fittings, fossil Walrus ivory. What do y'all think?

Thanks for taking a look!

Nice bowie, Don! Again you skillfuly dodged another butt-cap.

among other awesome things, I love how the blade widens out toward the end.
Great work dude!

Umm... wow that is NOT what I was expecting. That is a serious blade. I bet it chops nice, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was very light. Interesting and strange ivory! Another nice and unique one.

Just noticed the "MS" on the back. I'm getting a sneaking suspicion that Rob might have been involved?

I think Rob plans to store his M & M's in the root cavity of this one. ;) What an awesome blade, Don. Loving the hollow ground. I handled this one at Don's shop, and it always blows me away how his big blades feel so light and balanced in hand. This is a serious knife and I am envious of its new owner.

That copper touch really works here, also.

Big, bad and partially blue.

Hey Jon,

Alas, this big one is not mine. It does look like it'll hold some M&M's in the butt (did I say that out loud?)

Man, that ivory is stunning! Love the blue end and how the polish on the edge of the cavity shows the color layers. Witnessing the core is always cool. Hollow ground Hanson...rare indeed. Also like the copper accents as they set off the ivory and steel, very nice detail!

Fine materials that look serious and able.
