Very Late Lunch!

So I had breakfast at 8am before court (breakfast bar).

Lunch had to wait till 7pm tonight.

BBQ chicken and mini sweet peppers stuffed with goat cheese and bacon wrapped.

This BBQ sauce is called DEVILS SPIT and it was excellent!!!!! First time I tried it. I will normally grab Stubbs original, the wife likes Sweet Baby Ray's.

This Famous Dave's Devil's Spit is now my favorite!

Add some heat and smoke (hickory chips).

I have to say, the chicken really stole the show! SO Good! I actually ended up eating more goat cheese with the chicken. Very tasty mix!

Not too hot at all. I put Siricha sauce on just about everything.

It had a great taste, not too hot to enjoy. Just enough to give your mouth some heat, and make your nose run a bit.

I used to be able to eat a whole Habenero pepper, raw, seeds and all. I am not that "trained" any more.

I would not let the heat scare you away from this at all.
