Had both Grandsons with us this time . My oldest Grandson couldn't wait to make a fire even when in the high 90's :D Haha. Luckily for us it didn't take long for him to see it was water time instead  a few pics of our time out it was just to hot for much knife time but we had a lot of fun .

Good boy.

Awesome thread man. Love it when the kids get taken out for such outings. I was just saying on another thread, in another forum, that it always reminds me of taking my son out when he was young for these things. He now lives in the mountains of Colorado, and goes climbing, camping, hiking, bicycling, etc. He never lost his love for the great outdoors.

Look how much fun these kids are having. No gaming, no cell phones, etc., just plain 'ol fun, like the good 'ol days. This thread is full of win.

Good on you! Getting the grandkids out to have some fun is a great way to make lasting memories. I havent seen Pinecrest lake since 1975? or so.

Thanks Dubz, I to believe when kids are taken to the great outdoors it sticks with them for a lifetime and it's so much better for them then having there head starring in a phone :)

wish we had a rock bottomed lake anywhere close.
Thanks Vic, I wish there was more of them too :)

That kid needs more knives on his belt…

Good stuff xr, anytime you can get the lil ‘uns outside doing woodsey-outdoorsy stuff is a win in my book.

It's so fun we weren't there 10 minutes and he's unpacked, his knives on and out the door to get a fire ready :) he really loves it  I had to break his heart and ask if we can wait until it gets a little cooler, it was in the mid 90's :p . I'am very glad they love the outdoors.

Xr6x Xr6x Great looking trip Brother:thumbsup: You are doing your part to insure the next generation are in the woods and off the controller:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Excellent thread!
The Becker content was a bonus. Good times.
Good on you for the outing and for sharing.

Wow! Looks like a good time was had by all. We have a place here that we can jump off rocks into the water too. Reminds me, I gotta take my kids out there before Summer's over! Thanks for sharing!
