Nobody's actually bid on it yet. Maybe he really just doesn't want to part with it. :rolleyes: It makes me wonder, if that's "worth" $800, I wonder what those Bura Christmas Specials are worth. :)

That's how I'd do it. Except I'd also start a new account so I could have sunglasses and a username like "deadbeat scam-artist" to REALLY encourage those bids... :D
 
I think it's a pretty khukuri no matter whether it's magic or not, but if it was me and I had a truly magic khukuri I would use the magic to change my wife who wanted me to get rid of it into something easier to get along with.;)

It may be because I'm just an old fool but, I don't see any where near $800 in that khuk. For the 800 I would buy a few more HI's and know for sure what I have for my money.

The scabbard looks like it was made flat and I am looking up at one with a flat sided scabbard. Didn't cost no $800 though.

Pappy my BGRS has a flat scabbard and it didn't cost no $800.00 either and is among my favorite khuks.:)
My BGRS and 21" Chitlangi are the only ones without the common rounded scabbard and I think that adds a certain amount of appeal to them.:)

Personally I think the BGRS is an excellent all around khuk, not to heavy even at its 18 inches overall.
Mine has yet to fail to do anything I've ever asked of it. I don't know why it isn't a more popular khuk and I think it's very under rated.
Everyone ought to have a BGRS!!!!:D
