One of my favorite movies as a child, a parody of Silence of the Lambs, written and directed in Mel-Brooks style by a good friend of his--Ezio Greggio. Great comedic acting by top comedians: Billie Zane, Dom DeLouise, Joanna Pacula, etc. I really recommend this to lovers of old-school parodies like Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Hot Shots, The Naked Gun, etc. The whole movie is on YouTube, just follow the link below.

Check out the cute belt grinder in 5:57 and then the large-knife collection on the bathroom wall in 6:04; I need to hire the same interior designer!

I miss Dom:(

He always had me in stitches:)

Dom DeLuise was one of the nicest guys around. He was like George Burns -- when he showed up in a movie, he wasn't like an actor, more like an old friend who stopped by while you were watching the movie, tossing off old jokes the two of you shared.

I don't miss him so much because I'm not worried about him. Rudyard Kipling wrote a poem about teaching the much-too-serious archangels to laugh. I imagine Dom's got that under control.
