Great knives, but you're killing a beautiful rib-eye! :thumbdn:

I would love to get a Thin Nick, no interest in a fatty for the kitchen.

Very nice! Thin and thick Nicks...sweet. Although, unless my memory is fading (maybe!) I don't recall the Nicks being numbered. Are these along the same lines as the numbered BAIIIs....which I don't believe were considered LEs....hmmmmm, I think we need a new thread on this subject.

Nice #One one one!

My Wife uses #36 when she does not want the worry of possibly Damaging one of her Murray Carter knives when chopping some thing tough, or when She does not want to oil the Carbon steel center after use.

The XXXL looks to be a nice small chopper as well, but my Wife does not yet have ine and has to put up with a Large(at least 2 lbs I think) Dexter Cleaver that we affectionatly Call "Ward"(you know, "Mr. Cleaver", Beaver Cleaver and Wally Cleaver's Daddy? From Leave it to Beaver? old TV show from the 60s)

Yea, from what I know all the thin NICK s are numbered.. .
Thanks for all the comments everyone..!!!
