Here's another bowie I recently finished.

80crv2 steel
5,5" blade lenght
Grenadill handle & mild steel fittings

I very much like the knife. My only "issue" is I can hardly see your makers mark in the photos!! I could see it in the video, but I was concerned...... gotta make sure if the knife gets re-sold down the line whomever gets it, can appreciate that you made it!!

It's etched as deep as on my other blades. In real life it's clearly visible.

That Vest Bowie is really awsome.

May I ask though if you've ever had problems "only" relying on epoxy to secure your hidden tangs? Question is not meant as a criticism, I really like the look of the handle without a pin.

I don't like to disturb handle lines with pins. I always had problem with placing it the way it fits to the rest of handle perfectly. I made most of my knives this way. Many of them are active workers and I didn't have any issues so far. In my opinion it's just a matter of proper preparation for gluing and using good epoxy.
