Vey pleased with Benchmade's customer service

Hi Folks,
I recently sent my 940 back to Benchmade for a sharpening. I was pleasantly surprised with the result! The knife was sharpened, the clip and screws were replaced, and the mechanism functions like new. The turn-around time was about two weeks, and the cost was ZERO. I only own one knife currently, so not a fan boy per-se. Just thought I'd share the experience.

One of the things that continues to keep me a Benchmade customer is their customer service and life sharp warranty. Good to hear you had a positive experience.
 
For some very odd reason, my Foray clip screws worked loose, and one day after I got home from work, I found the knife in the bottom of my pocket along with just one loose retaining screw. I emailed BM, explained what happened and got a replacement clip and screws in the mail in about two weeks or less. Totally happy!

Awesome knife and great customer service, who could ask for more?
