I heard somewhere that these are flat-ground. is this true? If it is i'm gonna buy one for sure.

yes the new ones are flat ground. Spyderco Factory Outlet has them in stock with VG 10 Delicas and Endura

I've had my VG-10 Delica for about a month now, and I don't have anything but good things to say about it! With a touch-up on my 204, the edge is SUPER SCARY SHARP.

I saw them listed on the 'New Arrivals' page of www.knifeworks.com. Looks like they have an older one pictured though.
