Crap.

Today I realized I have 2 Managers and 2 Midnight Managers. I bought the first red Manager by mistake because I thought it was a Midnight Manager, then I bought the actual red Midnight Manager. I saw a rare onyx Manager and couldn't help myself, so I got it and it arrived yesterday. Then I see an even rarer Midnight Manager II with white LED and in silvertech. I bought it even before I realized what I was doing.

I need help.:D

Aw shucks. I got my Silver Tech Midnight Manager yesterday, and even though the color is as pretty as I imagine it to be, the pen refuses to slide out. I got 3 SAKs within a couple of weeks (2 Vics 1 Wenger) and two of them have issues. What's going on? Are they beginning to loose up in the quality department? That's not good.

I have a 2 Classics, plus an Alox Classic, a Glow in the dark Classic, Rambler, Manager and Midnite Manager. That should keep me going for a while.

the pen refuses to slide out

Note that you have to push the pen the center of the SAK first (where the scissor, blade, etc reside), then push toward the end of the SAK where you want the pen to come out. If that makes sense. Maybe you know this.

Yeah, I got 3 other managers without any issues. I suspect the silver paint got too thick in a particular spot and jams the pen.

AWE my GAD you guys are just getting started - I've got at least 3 dozen classics with advertising on the scales - a couple mini champs - at least three executives - and all the alox colors of cadet I can lay my hands on plus the boy scout Mechanic, Huntsman, classic, and scribe! - come on guys get with it!
Peace

I too got infected with the small-SAK-virus this year. Only had an Ambassador, SwissLite and a Classic with stay glow scales. Now have also an Executive, a Rambler, a Midnight Manager, Classic alox, Cadet green, Excelsior and a bunch of Classics in different colors.

This week I'm carrying the Midnight Manager as my one and only EDC knife as an experiment. Will post some experiences with it this weekend.

Though it won't be as much fun as a pocket full of bigger SAKs I suspect you'll come out fine. That Manager is 1 knife more than most people carry. I still don't know how they do it.
