I got a Manager a while back and it's a great little keychain knife! Same length as the ubiquitous Classic, but just a little thicker. Another, perhaps better, way to describe it is as a Rambler that substitutes a retractable ball point pen for the toothpick.
The thing I like best about it, and the Rambler too, is that the pen blade and scissors open opposite of the keyring attachment - much more user friendly that way!
As I said, from the factory this comes with a retractable ball point pen and tweezers. I bought a 6-pack of small replacement toothpicks and traded out the tweezers for a toothpick on mine, so now I have a pen and a toothpick - no tweezers. If you look closely at the pics you'll see the gray knob that extends/retracts the pen.
