Victorinox Compact - Any Alternatives?

Are there any SAKs with the same main tool set as the Compact (Scissors, bottle opener and main blade) with different tools on the other side? I'm looking for the thinnest SAK I can find with a blade, bottle opener and scissors for my friend but I doubt he'd have a use for those other two tools. Something like a rambler crossed my mind but I think he'd much prefer a full-sized.

In a word, no.

The celidor scale models always have the same paired tools on the backspring for the tool on the front; scissors are always paired with the hook and corkscrew (or rear philips) with the main blade and small blade/combo tool.

There use to be an alox model called the Voyageur that is probably what you are looking for: large blade, combo tool and scissors with no backspring tools. But it is no longer made and is very rare, if you can find it used they usually go for quite a sum.

You might want to look at this vintage Golfer. It's not exactly what you described, but it might be something to consider.
