Victorinox EvoGrip 17 versus EvoWood 17?

I already own a EvoGrip 17.

Any EvoWood 17 owners out there,who can tell me if it's a good buy?

No tweezers or toothpick either. Tweezers come in handy with splinters and you can replace the toothpick with a fireant fire steel.
