I had a Swiss Tool on which the tools were hard to open. I would have to use a key or something else to pry them out. Many of you recommended that I send the Swiss Tool back for repair. I sent it back and in about 3 weeks I have received a brand new tool. The best way I know to thank them is by telling you that they stand behind their products.
