What's the difference between the Victorinox Huntsman II and just the Huntsman? The former is going for about twenty bucks at Amazon and it seems like a good deal. I'm just worried about getting a cheaper version instead of a good deal. The specs (size, weight) seem to be identical. Amazon doesn't list anything else.

Well, you may have seen this already, but the Philips driver seems to have been replaced by a corkscrew on the Huntsman II.

Technically the original Huntsman you show is now called the Field Master. The Huntsman II is currently the only tool in the currant Victorinox catalog bearing the Huntsman name. Quality should be the same the only question is if you want a corkscrew or phillips head more.

It has to do with Victorinox and their naming habits.

A Fieldmaster model with the BSA logo is called a Huntsman for some odd ball reason.

Same knife.

With Philips it's a Fieldmaster.
With Philips and a BSA logo it'sa Huntsman
With Corkscrew it's a Huntsman II
