Hey guys. The huntsman ruby lite has literally every tool I want and none I don't. I have a swisschamp but it is just too big to throw in my pocket when not needed. So I'm thinking about getting this Vic. Is it huge? Or is it comfortably carried in a pocket? How much smaller than the swisschamp? I used to carry a super tinker. Now the smallest one I have is a camper.

Yes, the layer with the LED is thicker than the regular layers. Although the Huntsman Lite is not huge, I'd prefer carrying a SAK of that size on the belt.

I have one, and I had a problem with the light coming on by accident while in my pocket. I had to put the battery in backwards so it didn't fully discharge before I needed the light. There is no way to lock the on/off switch. Of course, if I wanted to use the light I had to reverse the battery which was a pain. Also - the knife is a little thicker that I want to carry in pocket, so mine sits in the knife box.

I also carry a separate led light so I was able to go back to a farmer or regular huntsman if I want the saw.

I think the Huntsman Lite is better carried in a belt sheath.

I carry the regular Huntsman and Climber in a nylon sheath on my belt. The Huntsman is quite a bit smaller than the Champ, but I don't like pocket carrying anything that big,Hence the Case Peanut in my pocket.:)

Huntsman is a good sak for EDC IMHO

I went out on a limb and got it. Loved my super tinker but once I got my hands on a dak with a saw I can't see myself without one. The camper doesn't have scissors or a Phillips driver like I prefer and my swisschamp is too large for edc. Does someone have a picture of it in hand?

Got it and love it. It is by no means a large knife. Very comfortable to pocket carry. Only thing I did was take the Key ring off.

I buyed a Huntsman Lite as a birthday present for a friend. You can carry it in a trousers pocket (well i carry a Swisschamp in my pocket every day). He carry it every day in one pocket of his jacket.

have a swisschamp, but i find it too large to pocket carry. This was the perfect knife. Everything i needed, nothing i didn't.
