Victorinox Mauser Question

I just worked out a deal online with someone trading a used OHT for a Vic Mauser. Was that a good trade? Do y'all have any info about this knife. It has a "saw guard". Whatever that means... I don't know anything about 108mm knives. Thanks for any help.

Yes, good trade. The saw guard is a thin piece of metal that snaps over the saw teeth to protect the teeth and your fingers (when using the bottle opener/screwdriver).
