I've been failing using the search function, but I feel like there use to be a list of all of the different military swiss army knives issued around the world. Is that ringing a bell for anyone else?

Might as well create a new list that is easy to find if the old one doesn't turn up.

I know off the top of my head:
Switzerland - Soldier 08
Malaysia - ATM (outrider with philips)
Netherlands - DAK
Germany - GAK

And what good is a thread without photos, lets post some examples!

I've got an older DAK 93 and the Malaysian ATM, along with the us retail model camo outrider with philips.

There would also be the DigiCamo version of the Malaysian Army Knife, with black oxide coated blade & scale tools. Based on the Victorinox Outrider with Philips screwdriver in place of the corkscrew.

Nice! Is that the issued pouch too? I'd love to get my hands on a set like that someday. Thanks for sharing!

Looks like there is also a special edition of the rescue tool made for the Italian police with a fifth woodsaw layer and a uniquely serrated main blade that is opposite of the standard vic oho serrated blade.

Not my photo, courtesy of google.

I don't know if it was an official issue knife but I have seen a SAK Camper model with olive drab scales and the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI) logo on it. Sorry not my knife so I dont have any photos.

Is the pouch part of the issue? If the pouch is separate, where did you get it? Thanks, John

I Have one of the Singapore issue knives. I'll take a pic when I return home.

The current issued Trailmaster/Trekker is actually just a standard Victorinox model with no special markings. Previously the Singapore Army also issued a black nylon scaled Bantam too (not my pic). Now, this black Bantam wasn’t a standard Victorinox model, and likely produced specifically for Singapore. I do have one of these around somewhere.

The cordura pouch came in a set, in a generic white box as shown above (not my pics).
That's a cool set! I had heard the Malaysian ATMs were issued and returned at the end of service/assignment instead of a personal issue item. I think there was something like 30,000-40,000 made, not sure what the split is between the two variations.
