Victorinox Money Clip folding knife?

I have seen this one on sale,and am thinking of getting it.Any pros,cons,all opinions welcome.I plan to use it as money clip ,and light edc knife for shorts carry.

I love my Vic money clip. It is light, thin, multi-bladed, and has a very strong clip. I fold the bills once and put the knife inside the fold. I replaced my "sand paper" file with a toothed file. If you don't need cash, you can clip the knife to your waist band.
