Title pretty much says it all. I can't seem to find out of the non-serrated version of the Victorinox One-Handed Trekker has a chisel grind like the serrated version, or if it has a double bevel... ANybody know?

I would recommend buying the normal version and trying the serrations out. They are some of my favorite serrations as they cut so well. You can easily grind them off if you don't want them as well.

+1 on the serrations

I bought the serrated OHT just because I got it at too good a price to pass up. I as a rule don't like serrated blades but I think Victorinox did this one right. I use a tapered diamond rod on it to sharpen the serrations. It sharpens up easier than I thought it would and zips through nylon rope with ease.

At first I was going to grind the serrations off, but I think I will leave it as is.

I like the serrations , a snap to sharpen on the Spyderco Sharpmaker .

+4 on serrations. I am usually not much on serrations, but these were just fine and easy to resharpen with the right equipment. Also, there is enough of a PE section to be useful when that is needed. IMHO, this is an especially good blade design for the chores this camp knife is typically expected to handle.
