I'm currently in the market for a new 111mm Swiss Army knife. I've narrowed it down to these two. I know about the differences in functionality, weight, etc. I'm hoping to hear from folks who have experience with either (or both) model. What're your thoughts?

I have both. I like both. Im not afraid of carrying a bigger knife, and they are relatively big knives. I even carry the Workchamp XL without an issue. My Outrider is an original side lock. If i had to choose id take the Workchamp because of it extra tools.

Both are great. I don't EDC them, I keep the Outrider in the kitchen where it gets used often while the Workchamp lives in a tool roll and gets used around the house and carried in daypacks. If I could keep just one, I would keep the more capable WorkChamp. I originally got the Outrider for the outdoors, but later bought an OHT and a Ranger for that.

I am on the team Outrider. It is about as utilitarian a SAK as I desire them to be. Anything heavier is not overly pocket friendly. I love me a good 111. The Outrider is one of them.
