Victorinox Replacement Scales: 111mm Stay Glow

Anyone know where I can get replacement scales for Victorinox 111mm size SAK's?
I'm specifically looking for the stay glow ones, like the ones on the Rescue Tool. I wanna put some on my Trailmaster/Trekker and I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can get some. If possible, I wouldn't want to buy a Rescue Tool and strip the scales off of it.
