This is a very good condition Victorinox Rucksack model that I picked up while visiting the wife in Korea (she's not Korean, we were just stationed there at different times). Its got the locking main blade (that grey slider on the side unlocks). This was hardly used and carried just a few times (can count on one hand). I'm not sure of the steel, but its a nice camper or scout knife...sharp!
