Hello!

I wanted to know what the SAK with the largest blade would be. It has to be a traditional SAK, not anything molded differently like the One Handed Trekker NS or the SwissTool.

Thanks in advance!

The Victorinox 111mm class, like the Hercules, may have the largest main blade among Victorinox SAKs. The next size down is the 91mm class, like the Explorer Plus, which looks more like a traditional SAK profile than the 111mm SAKs. Wenger brand (owned by Victorinox) goes up to 120mm and 130mm (5.0" and 5.5", respectively), which presumable would unfurl larger main blades. Rock on.

I believe that the Delemont Ranger grip SAK with it's 3.9" blade is the largest I have ever seen. I love mine!

The Cadet is 84mm or 3.25". That's the OAL, not the blade length. So the blade is probably in the range of 3.0". Peace out.

I carry the 111mm Adventurer daily as one of my EDCs. It has about a 3.25" main blade or slightly over 3" cutting edge. It is essentially the Tinker (but larger) with the very effective side lock. I find it to be the ideal size. No corkscrew which I never use anyway. Have needles to take apart knots fishing if I am inclined to make the effort. Line usually just gets cut.

The 93mm Alox series like the Pioneer, is the largest traditional series. The 111mm series are in fact molded like the One Hand Trekker.
