This guy tests a bunch of knives using the same rope and process, I just love how surprised he is with Inox.

Saw this posted on multitool.org, it is really impressive. It's funny to watch him go from pessimistic to full on shocked. Glad you posted it.
 
Many people underestimate SAK steel. Also, the nice thin, flat grind and edge geometry play a BIG role.

And not let us forget the easy touch up in a few seconds on the bottom of any coffee mug, car window top, or cardboard strop on the back of a writing pad. :thumbup:

Great vid... the main reason i LOVE victorinox blade steel... its humble and afforable user steel that gets the jobs done extremely well..
