Victorinox Warranty

I was wondering how good the victorinox warranty is. Say my swisstool became loose or one of the bits became broken, would it be repaired or replaced if i sent it in? I was also wondering if their customer service is any good?

Their customer service is very good.
As durable as the Swisstool is, you may never need their CS.

There customer service is great.

I sent in an old swisstool that a screwdriver had broken on it, and they sent me a brand new one.

I have had all kinds or repairs done to my Victorinox SAK's (even on some very old ones), mostly free of charge. (If you want new scales or need to replace your tweezers they do charge you for them).

That's my experience.

My only problem is that the pliers are beginning to become loose (from normal use, not abuse). Do you think they would fix it?

About 17 years ago I sent them a red Spartan that I had carried daily for 20 years because the scales were falling off. They returned it to me with new scales and toothpick/tweezers, which the original did not have. No charge at all. Victorinox is a great company with great products. Unbeatable value for money in their SAK line.
