Been trying to return my Pioneer for repair. The main blade is hard to open and oil doesn't help. When I start filling out the info on the website and get to the CC info section it says "Can not valadate Credit Card -3-" I even tried different card and got the same result. Are they having problems with the website or am I missing something?
BTW the cards are up to date and not over the limit. I know someone will ask that. :D
 
might be a problem on their end with their verification system. I'd email them and see whats up. Might be a browser problem on your end, not syncing up the security.

Thanks for the info!! I called and the lady said she didn't know what was going on with the site. She gave me the address to send it to. She said to add a note for them to call me for the $5 fee they charge to cover shipping. I already miss my Pioneer :(

Buy another one until you get yours back. Everyone needs a black Pioneer. :D
