How hard/time consuming is it to say get an alox farmer and put scissors on it. What would I have to do to do so?
 
You might want to shoot Syph007 a message. He specializes in customizing SAK's. Or you could just have him make one for you. Here's mine:

It will probably get a lot easier soon as Victorinox will release the Pioneer model with scissors in a couple of months.
