This is inexpensive knife,made to be used ....unlike most knives on market.High carbon steel and ergonomic handle,for 25$us,but nevertheless in pure cutting outperforms most of modern knives,and is super easy to maintain and sharpen.I would recoment this knife to anyone who really uses the knives for any type of normal kitchen and outdoor or hunting use.....

https://victoryknives.co.nz/ are a pretty well known and popular brand in New Zealand for their commercial knives in the fish/meat works. (The average person has probably never heard of them though!)

Yes they're cheap and cheerful, reminds me of Dexter and Victorinox/Wenger commercial knives.

My thoughts exactly. Full flat ground blades, plastic handles diswasher safe... Work tools, nothing less, nothing more.
