VIDEO: Custom Demko Slicing Phonebook Paper

If you're testing the edge, you've gotta do it a lot slower. It's pretty easy to get paper to cut like that if you hold it right and practically slash at it (exaggerating, but I don't have any word for in between a slash and slow slice.)

I would not want to be on the business end of that. I don't even think I'd notice the gapping wound cause it would have gone through so smoothly... Nicely done!!!

Jim...I've been subbing to you on YT for a while. Cannot believe how sharp you can get those blades; especially when you finish them off with the tape. How long have you been using the EdgePro? Have you had any success with other methods/devices?

I have had it for about 8 months now I think.

I Have used the Sharpmaker also with the UF rods.

Also Japanese Waterstones, Standard Oil Stones, Pucks etc over the past 30 years.

I use the Edge Pro for 2 main reasons.

It's Fast and results are consistant.
