Seeing as how several of us on the ESEE board are firearms owners, I felt this was perhaps of relevance to you.

The video is concerning the 1986 Hughes Amendment, which among other things instated the May 1986 cutoff date for Full-Auto weapons. According to the video of the vote, it did not pass in the House, yet was signed into law anyhow.

I saw the attempts to get this film on Arfcom a while ago. Good that we've succeeded.
 
I've downloaded a copy of it for posterity, but feel free to spread the word to anyone who'll listen (or understand at least). I've tried sending it to a few different gun bloggers, but those guys are much more difficult to contact than I previously thought.
