Did one for Azwelke, now this is Eli's. Closer look at the sheaths I posted pics of the other day, plus a demo of his fore steel sheath with integrated striker.

This sheath is too badass to only score two comments. Where's the excitement? Anyone getting one? Have you seen the other options he can put on it? I'm thinking about getting a second 7 just so each sheath has one. But then..I want another 9 too. I know there are more Beckers, but those are my all time favorite KNIVES, period. Though, the BK16 would have been in there if it had kept the original grind...

I still think the world deserves a Becker Parang.

Eli does good work. The Esee-3 package I got from him included one of his sheaths, and it's a fine piece of kydex. Clean lines and enough tension to hold the knife securely, but not so much that you have to yank it out of the sheath with force. The only gripe I have about it is the same gripe I have about AZWelke's and just about every other kydex bender out there in that I wish they would round out the corners on the bottom of the taco-style sheaths so that the corner doesn't dig into the love handles when you're sitting down. Other than that, the quality of his sheaths is perfect.

That 7 sheath looks just the ticket for a survival rig. One thing I wish was that I had more of a butt to use a knife in scout carry. As it is, if I wore even a small knife like that my pants would be down around my ankles. But the concept is sound for those with the rear anatomy to pull it off.

BTW, at some point you've just got to stipple Jessica's scales. That grip tape you use might work just fine, but it makes me reflexively grab for the soldering iron every time I see it. :D

Come on, Chris, you know you wanna.

I've tried it before and I just screw it up. That's a helluva nice job you did to yours!

I've said "Jessica" so many times on my channel that's how everyone refers to my BK7 now. Drives my wife crazy...especially since she sees (The real) Jessica several times a week. LOL.

I keep wanting to get Jessica-2, and start a whole new custom job built around a set of knife-connection G10, but at the same time I'm tempted to give the BK10 another shot for the sake of the channel.

Give in Buddy! Go with the BK-10!!

You won't be sorry about the TKC G-10. Those things are worth every penny. The only problem is that the G-10 scales are just thin enough to make your existing kydex sheaths too sloppy a fit unless you add a set of liners to them. And if you have a sheath that is heavily molded, such as an AZWelke sheath that molds an indent where the top screw hole is located, it won't fit right at all. I found this out when I first tried my newly G-10'd BK-2 in my AZWelke sheath.

No biggie, but you'd need a new sheath for a Jessica-2/TKC build.

I have about 1 metric ton of excitement for the godspeed sheath, C_tanner. I want a dangler version carried in a sling for my BK9. I saw your youtube vid a few days before I saw this post on the forums. Now I understand that I've been living my life with a sub-par sheath. I blame you for this, C_tanner!

Sounds like my GS dangler would work. I tweaked it a bit for a really tight lock up.
