Here is a little video on how to use a Dutch Oven to make beer bread. It is actually bannock that you are making but so few people know what bannock is that I used the word bread instead of bannock in the title. Also, you can substitute 1.5 cups water for the beer and it works fine. I thought using beer would make it more interesting to the males of the species.

Being able to use a Dutch Oven is a really useful skill. You can make just about anything in them.

Well there is that meaning of the term. It is even more applicable when I make cowpoke beans in the oven.

Oh yeah. I'm bringing 1 still camera and 1 video camera. I can get 2 hours of video and thousands of pics. I bought waterproof housings for both so I should be able to take them in the water with me etc. I'll be editing footage for months likely. I'm also bringing a very high quality digital sound recorder to capture the sounds of the jungle. This should be a real interesting video series when I get it all done.
