Video - Making an edc wharncliffe with textured flats and bog oak handle

That's a beautiful knife. I have always liked the utilitarian nature of wharncliffes. What did you use for the handle scales?
 
Wharnies have been popular for a couple hundred years and are a great utility daily user.
