All this talk of Fogo de Chao and meat comas has had me out to the butcher to get a fresh slab of bovine heaven. BBQ at my house tonight. Bring beer.

Looks tasty! If I weren't so far away, I would pop in for some BBQ and conversation!

Rack is always the way to buy it! Locally I can buy a rack 4.50-6 a lb or precut for
11-12 a lb......

I want steak now

For sure! It's so much cheaper. And yummier!

I can take I shot of the finished product, but I'll have to get in my septic tank tomorrow morning to take it. Not so keen for that.

Hey Rob, I thought you would be swimming somewhere in the pacific ocean now getting to blade! Taking a break on one of the islands for a BBQ? :D

Oh yeah. That's right! haha! Yes, a small atoll in the middle of the Pacific is where I'm at.
