Brought the Old girl out for a workout. :D

At 18.3 ounces these old ones will really move some wood. :)

ankerson you are a very competent chopper but it might be a good idea to put lanyards on those knives.hate to see a knife get away & hit your knee or femoral artery

The back lanyard hole doesn't do much good IMO, but I guess I could tie a front one on if needed.

Anyway this one goes back into the safe after this. :thumbup:
 
I have one of the old early Carbon V Trailmasters. Good knives especialy for commercialy manufactured at that time.

I had one I bought at the same time I got my San Mai III, I used the heck out of it until I gave it away to a guy who broke his field blade when camping.

Thats nice of you Ank giving away a knife like the Tm, I gave an old Recon Scout Carbon-V, I'd never used to my hunting buddy.
Everybody needs a good camping/hunting knife Imho. :thumbup:
