Had a chop sesh this arvo with the Rodent 9 and 911. Sorry the last bit of the video is a bit out of focus. Music by yours truly (instrumental version of a Dead Kelly track - What Bushrangers Are Doing Now) :)

Well the 911 Res C is very comfy, but it did give me a blister on the inside of my thumb. That's probably due to my wussy artist musician lady hands :) It goes hard and fast. I love it. It batons well too.

The Rodent 9 seemed to chop harder and bite deeper than the 911. I also find the handle very comfortable too. I love full exposed tang knives.

It did seem like the Rodent 9 had the edge. Of course, a lot of chopping skill makes a difference...not to mention a person's physical strength, eye to hand coordination and basic technique. Mental attitude can play a role as well...

Have you ever decided to have a session using only your left hand? Might be an interesting experiment. Once you get the new BM mailed from Ohio you can down a few beers and do a test with the trio. Wonder how they'd do on mulga wood?
 
If I didn't already have a Battle Rat I'd get a 911. Great video and music as always Rob!
