Video recording

I'm in the market for a good video recorder for my computer but I don't like the low frame rate that most "webcams" use. I'm sure some of you trying to record manipulations have noticed the serious problem this presents. So, if anyone knows of a good method or a good product that will do the job, I'd love to hear about it. I'm not afraid of a little investment if need be. And if you're reading this Master Clay, I'd love to hear how you capture the movies on your site... they're the best I've seen.

You can get an internal video-capture card, then simply record the manipulations with a camcorder, then play the tape back, into the video-capture card.

Actually, if you don't want to make the investment, as long as you're willing to pay shipping, I'm more than happy to use my equipment to convert the video from tape form to digital form.
