Video Review: Autoknife and Balisong video by Commtech.

This video was bought durring their spring cleaning sale at comtech. It doesn't go into focus on fancy openings like the Janich video or the one by Jeff Imada, mainly it focuses in on more of the combat portion, on using it in self defence. Handle whipping, butt striking, grabbing/pinching, then some blade work was involved in the film, and then it started putting it all together into little sets, on how to do it, what to do ect.

all and all it is a great video.

Also the auto knife part was a smaller section then the balisong, but it was very informative.

Call me warped in the head but I like watching Keating's videos when I want to relax with a drink or something. Hnn yeah I guess school REALLY has perverted my taste in relaxation activities. Keating is both informative, down to earth and yes.. funny.. (yeah it has screweed with my sense of humour too) "Hit em i the funny bone, hurts like hell."

All in all I liked this video a lot, I especially liked the handle flail maneuver.. dunno why. As was mentioned this is not a flashy video as much as it is an application video as all Keating's videos are. My newest hobby i guess...
