This is a video by Kelly Worden, part of his Connecting the Systems
series. This video is about 90 minutes (if I remember right).

After the title stuff, there is an introduction in which Kelly shows
various knives, training knives, training krises, the sjambok, and
Fighting Knives Magazine. (This gives you an idea when this video came
out).

Then Kelly shows his traing dummmy, and how it can be used, both for
unarmed and knife practice. He also demonstrates and talks about the
use of the following: the sjambok, the Special Forces Shovel, the Al
Mar Warrior knife, then single and double collapsable baton.

Then he starts with "Defensive Counter Lines" basically an "X" move-
ment. In essence, what he is doing is showing angles of attack. I could describe the actual lines, but I'd like to keep this fairly short. He then briefly talks about and shows how to use the open thumb
grip, and mentions reverse and standard. He doesn't do a lot with the
open thumb grip, just briefly shows an application of it.

Then he shows "diagonal passing", basically possible counters to a
#1 attack (right to left downward diagonal), using slashes, stabs and
and integrating the use of kicks, elbow, ducking, rolling, and a punyo
strike. Then he moves on to show to do these with empty hand.

Next, he moves on to counters to a lowline slash, and high line
slashes and then thrust. He shows how to use the live hand with the
knife. Then he shows an exercise to train to counter the lowline
slash, using passing, and then continues with some related material.

These techniques are all done with natural grip, and practice knives.

He then moves on to "Reverse Grip Flow Lines", showing Angle #1
counters with slashing and hooking, as well as stabs, kicks, etc.
Then some more moves with natural grip, then back to reverse grip.

After this, he does a section on "Live Blade Application and Aware-
ness". He uses a real knife to show the counters to the attack lines,
he uses natural grip.

Then he moves on to "Blade Line situationals" showing diarms, and
using opponents blade against him. Kelly uses natural grip.

A few minutes later, more reverse grip, hooking, some joint locking
and getting behind the opponent.

Then comes the double knife section of the tape. Kelly shows how to
do double knife techniques with 2 Spyderco trainers (short) while his
'opponent' uses to longer blade training knives. Both men use blade
forward grips. The 'opponent' uses saber grip mostly, even for the
thrusts. Then Kelly uses the longer knives, his left knife in natural
grap, right hand in reverse grip. Then he moves on to both in reverse
grip, while 'opponent' uses standard.

Then Kelly shows some empty disruptions against double knives.

Then a short double sword "form".

This is the end of the instructional stuff. As for what he does with the double knives, he shows a lot of the same material in the single
knife section, here though, he shows how it's applied to double knives.

I will admit, that at first, I wasn't to keen on this video. However,
having seen it a few times, the material has sunk in, and I find it to
be an excellent video. It was worth the 30 bucks to get it from Paladin. It is geared for beginners, and intermediate level people,
I believe, would benefit from it too.
