VIDEO: RMD short Field test.

Took out the RMD today and did a short field test. It's going to be an awesome camp blade, one that you would carry in addition to a large chopper. Being it's a very light blade for it's size at just 10.7 oz it's not a chopper. It batons extremely well though and the steel holds an edge very well.

Oh it will get plenty of use.

The SR101 steel really holds an edge well, after the video it would still slice through newspaper like it wasn't even there without catching. :thumbup:

That was one of the reasons I sharpened the RMD before I did the video just to see how well it would hold the Air Bleeding Sharp edge I put on it.

It passed with no problem. :thumbup:
