Thanks for the test, Jim. Looks like the thicker sabre grind hampered this one a little, compared to the flat grind "slicing machine" Spyderco Mules. Also looks like decent steel, considering it is "yesterday's" super steel.

I like BG-42 I wish more people still used it. Perhaps it is more expensive than S30V?
