Wow! Out of curiosity, what angles were both the Lawman and ZDP-189 Endura at? I doubt it's factory because I noticed both of them had a really nice mirror polish.

On another note, I'm very impressed with how well the edge held up on ZDP-189. It looked as if the knife was sharp enough to go for another round of cut testing! Makes me want to invest into ZDP-189.
 
thanks for the continuing efforts jim. i would like to see you put a towel or piece of rubber under your knees so you do'nt end up with a plastic knee as myself.

The Endura is at 18 Degrees inclusive (9 degrees per side)

The AL is at 30 degrees inclusive (15 degrees per side)

Jim thats a great video. Keep it up. When I get mt edge pro can I come down for a lesson or two???
