I noticed that thinner blades went through the cardboard easier. Though there is absolutely no problem with a thicker blade such as the ZT301 or SMF, thinner ones cut easier

I generally use thinner blades to cut cardboard with.

The Voyager was my cardboard knife until I killed it in one of my videos.

They are pretty close IMO.

I didn't have the M4 blade long enough to do a lot with it.

Reprofiling M390 is easier IMO.

I have had more than a few stockmans over the years and still have a very old one.

when doing these cardboard cutting tests i try to remove any tape from the boxes because they really gum up the blade & make any cutting very difficult. regardless as to polish of blade tape adhesive makes a mess on cutting surfaces.
