I did a search in order not to ask a perhaps redundant question, but didn't find the answer; I have the impression that the Viele is discontinued. At least so it is at the KC. I've "almost ordered one several times" if ya know whattamean.

May have been one hesitation too many. Anyone know for sure...? TIA.

I'm quite sure they're discontinued but,you may find one still in stock if you look around.smkw had them at a discontinued price of$59.95 and sold out fairly quickly.

OK, thanks. Bad luck I guess. There's one in a local hardware store here in Rotterdam, it even is the revised model, but its price is about 5 times as much as the one you mentioned... Even with hefty overseas shipment, ordering directly from the States is much, much more economical for me. Thanks to the strong Euro, too!
