Vietnam service ribbon Kershaw knife

Just saw this on Sgt Grit News (USMC Stuff).....A guy in Southern Missouri did this for Jerry D. as he reported. A plain Jane Kershaw Leek was sent to him and this is what he got back. The handles are Culpepper dyed bone. What the' is culpepper dyed? Cools stuff.............however. View attachment 322089
